These Terms of Use govern your access to Megatron's Workstation, our coworking space in Ile-Ife, Osun State, and this website. By using the space or the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using the space
Access to desks, meeting rooms, and other facilities is subject to the plan you sign up for and to availability. You agree to use the space for lawful purposes, to respect other members and staff, and to follow any house rules and safety guidance we provide on site.
Bookings and payments
Fees, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shared when you book. Access may be suspended for unpaid fees. Any refund or cancellation terms will be set out at the time of booking.
Your belongings
You are responsible for your own equipment and personal items. While we provide a secure environment and, on some plans, lockable storage, Megatron's Workstation is not liable for loss of or damage to items left on the premises.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the space, the internet connection, or the website — including any unlawful activity, interference with other members' work, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Liability
We work to keep facilities such as power and internet reliably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Megatron's Workstation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the space or the website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
